23 years ago, the last inn in a small town in the Weinviertel (Lower Austria) was closed – a fate that the town shares with many others: the main social meeting point in village life was history. However, a young restaurateur had the courage to take on new projects – in the spirit of rural revitalization: the graduate of the tourism school converted the kindergarten he once attended into a stylish top restaurant.
