A warm summer day, a cold beer – what can be nicer? “Warm is good, hot,” Karl Schwarz, chairman of the Association of the Austrian breweries, lifts the index finger. Because beer consumption goes back at high temperatures. “We have discovered that people from 25 degrees switch to other drinks, mainly to water or other non -alcoholic variants.” This assumption is not statistically documented. “It is years of experience,” says the association on request.
