48 robots pack the ordered goods in boxes
The new logistics center of 5400 square meters that has been put into use aims to do justice to the rapidly growing market. The “Autostore” is futuristic, because 48 robots pack the 22,000 boxes fully automatically. There would be room for about four million computer games. From August 24 (release date), the latest in-house creation will also be present: “Saints Row” is the name of the game, which took about 100 employees to develop over five years in one of Plaion’s 13 international studios . Nearly 70 percent of Plaion’s 2,360 employees are employed in computer game development, the main business area of the Ausserferner Riesen.
