Unai Rementeriacurrent deputy general of Bizkaia, doesn’t show up until re-election to the position in the next 2023 municipal and regional elections, as confirmed by EITB Media.
The politician of Jeltzale has informed the PNV of his decision.
Rementeria will serve an eight-year mandate next year, a time he promised in 2015 that he would not exceed.
The PNV’s Bizkai Buru Batzar (BBB) of the PNV will start the internal election process on October 4, which will appoint the candidates for the municipal and regional elections. They will start later in Gipuzkoa and Álava, expected at the end of next month.
