The institutional crisis, the political division, the war in Ukraine and the economic situation have been the main issues that the Spanish King Felipe VI Ninth Christmas Speech.

Felipe VI has warned that “a divided or conflicted country or society does not make progress, make progress or solve its problems properly, it does not inspire confidence. Division makes democracies more fragile; UnionOn the contrary, it strengthens them”.

“Sovereignty, territorial integrity and the independence of states are inalienable principles of a rule-based international order that must always seek peace,” he concluded.
