The signatories maintain that to this day there has been no response to the actions of the public authorities in connection with the assumption and purging of responsibilities concluded in the Committee of Inquiry of the Kitchen Congress, on the “inner sewers called ” .
They also point out that at the international level, the concerns arising from the use of spy software have been apparent since the European parliament A commission of inquiry has been set up for this purpose.
The Congressional Inquiry Committee should also be aware of the contracts, costs, and contract processes for developing and/or purchasing Pegasus software or other tools used by the state for espionage.
They also ask to propose compensation measures for all those affected, as well as assuming responsibilities and timely monitoring, investigation and prevention measures to “protect democracy from abuse by state power”.
