That is insane,” says Plakolm. Zadić replies: “The revised design will be decided after the summer holidays. Penalties are sometimes doubled or even tripled. For Teichtmeister, the amendment changes nothing. His lawyer Rudolf Mayer reassured: “He should work with children, but he absolutely does not want to.”
