The Public Prosecution Service of the Constitutional Court (TC) has expressed interest rejects the PSOE appeal against the decision of the Supreme Court (TS) to reject his request to review a number 30,000 zero votes of the general elections on July 23 in the province of Madrid and annulling the proclamation of the leader of the PP Carlos Garcia Adanero as an elected representative.
In a 21-page document signed this Monday and accessed by the Europa Press news agency, prosecutor Pedro Crespo assured that the reasoning in the Supreme Court’s ruling is in accordance with the doctrine arising from constitutional case law. This is how the Public Prosecution Service understands the decision of the Supreme Court does not violate fundamental right of the socialists.
