The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, has announced that the Joint Transfer Commission with the Basque Country will meet in the coming days to ratify the transfer of the three agreed powers, including the Cercanías Railways or migration.
This was announced by the Minister of Territorial Policy during a Europa Press breakfast briefing, after the Government of Spain and the Basque Government reached an agreement this Wednesday on the latest transfer, namely that of the comprehensive management of the reception process of the beneficiaries of international protection . so-called ‘autonomy phase’.
Last Friday, both administrations also completed the transfer to Euskadi of the Cercanías railway passenger transport services and the homologation of foreign titles.
These three agreements must be ratified in the Joint Transfer Commission, which, according to Torres, will be convened in the coming days to make official the three transfers that the PSOE agreed with the PNV for the investiture of Pedro Sánchez.
