The ERC spokesman in Congress, Gabriel Rufián, has said that after this Sunday’s elections, his party “must negotiate and reach an agreement with the party that respects it.”

In an interview with Radio Euskadi, the Republican representative said that whatever happens in the elections, they point to a victory for the PSC and that the independentistas will not reach an absolute majority, “the pact between different is the present and the future“.

In this sense, and in view of a possible blockade situation, he added that his task is to reach an agreement, and that “good wins” in scenarios where the left fails to reach agreement and people have to go to the polls repeatedly.
