For almost two years, the Klagenfurt Public Procurutor’s Office against the now styric governor Mario Kunasek determined the unfaithfulness by the statement. Now the procedure has been stopped.
The mills of the judiciary are grinding slowly, but in the end: in June 2023 the Klagenfurt officer of Justice asked the delivery of Mario Kunasek at that time in the parliament of a styric state. The accusation: the now first free governor of Styria would have the costs for private housing. Kunaseek has always denied and clarified this accusation that he would expect the procedure to stop soon.
Now, almost two years later, the time has come: “The office of the public prosecutor has hired the investigation against four accused for the claim of unfaithfulness (§ 153 pgb),” said the public officer of justice on Wednesday. In addition to Kunaseek, the FPö party colleague and president of the land tag Gerald Deutschmann was also investigated in this case.
After the procedure has been terminated, it must be inhaled, which everyone had expected, but not yet reported to Kunaseek: the false witness is currently being investigated.
