The advisory committee for emergencies, chaired by the Minister of the Interior, Public Function and Justice, Amparo López, has decided the deactivation of the emergency situation by the Black -Out.
The decision was made after proving 98 % telephone supply and the reconfirming of the full refund of the electrical current, as reported by 112-SOS Navarra.
