The Kremlin has developed a concept for peace negotiations with Ukraine. This was announced on Wednesday evening by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrow. Conversations with the Ukrainian delegation in Istanbul can then be held again next Monday.
“The document shows our position on all aspects of how the basic causes of the crisis can be reliable,” Lawrow told the Russian “memorandum”, which had already been announced with the Ukrainian delegation after the first negotiations. Trump now against sanctions
