Cadel Evans Great Ocean returns after a two-year absence

The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Raceone of the first races of the year, returns to the World Tour calendar after a two-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Race Australia organizers have confirmed the dates for 2023 will be January 27-29, with the TAC People’s Ride scheduled for January 28, the Women’s World Tour race on the same day and the Men’s World Tour race on January 29.

“I’m very happy to be back racing”, said Cadel Evans, winner of the 2011 Tour de France.

“The last two years have been challenging for all of us but, thanks to the many people who have continued to work hard and keep our quest alive, we are able to welcome both old and new riders,” Evans said.
