Report and approval, if applicable, of fixing the financial year corresponding to the 2021/2022 season which includes the report and confirmation of the operation and the formal contracts for transfer of audiovisual rights authorized by resolution of the Assembly dated June 16, 2022 and implemented before June 30, 2022.
Point 3:
Report and approval, if applicable, of budget for the fiscal year corresponding to the 2022/2023 season which includes the report and approval of operations and formal contracts for the transfer of audiovisual rights authorized by the Assembly agreement dated June 16, 2022 and the report and approval of operations and formal contracts for the transmission of property of Barca Studios authorized by the Assembly agreement dated October 17/23, 2021, implemented from July 1, 2022.
