Thiem, Australian Open and Davis Cup

His great goal, reports the APA agency, is to reach the Austrian Open at 100% of his capacity, although it remains to be seen if in his current position in the ATP he can enter the main competition.

“It will be difficult in the direct main competition. If it is not possible, I hope there will be a wild card,” he said.

The player has not set an ATP ranking goal for 2023, but he does have a goal of being seeded at the French Open.

After Australia and Croatia, Thien plans to participate in tournaments in Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
