Oleksandr Usik defend theirs weighty titles of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Organization (IBO), World Organization (WBO) and World Association (WBA) against British Daniel Dubois at the Tarczynski Arena in Wroclaw (Poland), on August 26, the Ukrainian boxer confirmed this Thursday.
Usyk is expected to fight the World Council (WBC) heavyweight champion Tyson Furyin a fight against unification, but negotiations broke down in March.
Dubois, 25, is the WBA regular heavyweight belt holder and mandatory contender, while Usyk, 36, is the WBA super bantamweight champion.
Usyk is undefeated in 20 professional fights, with 13 KOs, while Dubois has won 19 of his 20 fights, with one loss.
