Prime Video has announced that there is a release date for the feature-length documentary ‘Federer: the last twelve days’. A visual picture of the last days of Roger Federer as a tennis player
He put down his racket in an unforgettable edition of the Laver Cup, held at the O2 in London in September 2022. He left the indelible memory of Federer and Rafa Nadal holding hands in tears, after producing an iconic double .
The inside story of what happened in the final episode can be seen via Prime Video in a documentary that will air on June 20.
The play is directed by Oscar winner Asif Kapadia, with interviews with Rafa Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray, the other members of the ‘Big4’.
Other documentaries from the world of tennis related to Spanish men are also being prepared. A production company collects the experiences of Rafael Nadalwhile Netflix also monitors Carlos Alcaraz to prepare docuseries.
