Acosta stopped being silly

Date:

After a fantastic start with several podiums in his first race at MotoGP, Pedro Acosta is struggling more in this half of the World Cup. This is why the Murcian driver prefers to turn his back on the set-up for Aragon Grand Prix this weekend.

“Here dLet’s back off a bit from what we used at the beginning of the year and stop trying nonsenseand ride Moto2, good, to get the sensation of the circuit again and ride a racing motorcycle,” he said in the press corralito.

The Murcian has changed the telemetry to try to redirect a debut season that has been less, something that is quite understandable considering that he is the only rookie on the grid. However, Acosta is a driver used to winning. What he’s looking for now is to stay true to that style that has given him so much success.

“With the changes we’re making, our piloting also goes elsewhere and now we’re going back and I don’t have to concentrate on driving, because I will drive according to what I know. Good or bad, one thing doesn’t negate the other, but we’ll be back, understanding the bike in a slightly different way, we’ll see how the weekend goes,” continued the KTM rider.

Acosta rode a few weeks ago at the motorland Aragón circuit before traveling to Austria. Despite this, he assured that the situation would be different as the track conditions had nothing to do with it. In those private tests, he was dirtier.
