The Taigo is Volkswagen’s first coupé SUV in this volume segment. Manufactured in Spain, it has three TSI engines of 95 HP (manual transmission), 110 HP and 150 HP with DSG gearbox. The Taigo offers a selection of
three different enginestwo available in the Life trim: with two 95 CV 1.0 TSI 3-cylinder engines mated to a five-speed manual transmission and another 110 CV 1.0 TSI, in this case we can equip a seven-speed DSG automatic or good to opt for a six-speed manual transmission.
The R-Line finish offers the
two 110 hp options and adds a 1.5 TSI 4-cylinder 150 hp engine with a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission.

In terms of size, it is the longest compact SUV of the brand at 4.26 meters. It is even 15 cm longer than the T-Cross and 3 cm longer than the T-Roc.
