Driving schools are looking for teachers in the armed forces

It is estimated that the driving school sector urgently needs more than 3,000 teachers to issue driver’s licenses

An agreement between the National Confederation of Driving Schools (CNAE), the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) and the Ministry of Defense opens the possibility that in the medium term,
vacancies for road training, teachers have been integrated into the ‘It is your strength’ project, which aims to provide opportunities to servicemen who are on the verge of leaving military life and entering the labor market.

It is estimated that the driving school sector urgently needs more than 3,000 teachers to issue driver’s licenses. The agreement guides the military personnel who train the drivers of the armed forces, but who are looking for work in civilian life, to bring their knowledge and experience into the Road Training centers of our country in no time.

It is primarily aimed at troops and sailors whose deployment to the armed forces is temporary and reservists for special availability. The ultimate goal is to optimize the
job insertion opportunities through ‘à la carte’ vacancies.
