The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterresand the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip ErdoganThey will meet with Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky this Thursday. The meeting will take place in the city of Lviv, to make progress in resolving the war in the country.
Guterres and Erdogan will talk to Zelensky about how “End the war through diplomatic channels”and about the recent activation of the shipment of Ukrainian grain to the market.
The United Nations Secretary and the President of Turkey took part in the agreement reached between Kiev and Moscow at the end of July to unblock Ukrainian grain exports.
For his part, Guterres will appear in Istanbul this Saturday to visit the center from which all these grain exports through the Black Sea are coordinated.
