The motorcyclist was targeted by the police on L11 Völser Straße near Innsbruck. The 24-year-old suspect overtook the state traffic department’s civilian patrol despite the overtaking ban — and “at a significantly overspeed,” as it is said.

The officers immediately started chasing the motorcyclist and were able to observe further speeding violations. The fast journey finally ended in Völs near Innsbruck. “There it can be stopped. During the inspection, changes to the exhaust system were identified for the first time,” the researchers said.
