A motorist collided with a police patrol at the intersection of Salzburgerstrasse in Linz on Wednesday morning. Police were driving through the intersection with flashing lights and sirens when their vehicle was rammed from the right by the 41-year-old’s car.
On Wednesday in Linz, a police vehicle was on its way towards Landwiedstrasse with blue lights and a tracking horn – and it was hard to miss. When the police car wanted to cross the intersection Salzburger Straße and Laskahofstraße straight ahead, it collided with the car of a 41-year-old Leonding who was driving out of the city.
In the accident, two police officers and a police officer and the driver of the second accident car were injured and the rescue car was damaged.
