After an arrest, a horrific accident took place in the American state of Colorado: while the suspect was in the patrol car with handcuffs, a train rushed towards the vehicle. There is a collision – the 20-year-old woman in the car is seriously injured.
After receiving a 911 call about a traffic violation in Weld County with a gun, the woman was handcuffed and placed in the police car. However, the officials had parked the vehicle at a level crossing of all places. The police officers’ bodycam footage eventually filmed a high-speed train rushing toward the level crossing and eventually hitting the car.
Police officer got paid leave
Police were busy searching the suspect’s car at the time of the accident. The woman was seriously injured, but her chances of survival are high. An officer has been placed on paid leave and the accident is now under investigation by authorities.
