On Wednesday, a 19-year-old and a 15-year-old drove from Kufstein to Innsbruck without a driver’s license and with a stolen car. In the state capital, the police then caught them robbing the stolen goods.
According to the police, the two local residents started using the car between 5.15 and 6.15 am and headed for Innsbruck. The boy didn’t have a driver’s license and neither did the girl because of her age.

It was not until Wednesday afternoon that the duo caught the eye of a police patrol in the capital. The officers caught the two painting the stolen car with red paint. It is not yet clear how much damage they caused.
The teenagers have been released – for material damage to the public prosecutor’s office and for driving without a license at the district administration.
