A new regulated tariff (TUR) is being created for neighborhood communities with centralized natural gas boilers, which will limit the quarterly price increase until the end of 2023, as is now the case with existing regulated tariffs. The measure will allow 1.7 million households to reduce their bills to more than half of what they would pay under current market conditions.

Strengthening the electrical social bond.

For 1.3 million households that already have the electricity bonus:

– Increases the applied discount to 65% and 80% respectively for significantly vulnerable and very vulnerable beneficiaries.

– The amount of energy that entitles you to a discount is increased by 15%.

A new category of consumers is temporarily being created for working households with a low income, who is entitled to a 40% discount on the bill. This new category will benefit an additional 1.5 million families.

Improvement of the thermal social bonus

In 2022 and 2023, the bonus budget for vulnerable households will be doubled. For example, the average help will be doubled to 375 euros per household and the minimum help will be raised to 40 euros.
