LAB calls this Monday the first strike at Amazon’s logistics center in Trapagaran

The majority union claims to be negotiating the first agreement that would consider pay increases related to the CPI, limit Saturday and Sunday work and the right of subrogation of delivery drivers.

LAB called for the first strike at the Amazon work center in Trapagaran on Monday, October 17, aiming to demand negotiations on the first center agreement. Specifically, there will be a 4-hour strike, from 5:30 to 9:30.

As reported by LAB, the largest union in the company, the workforce of Amazon’s logistics center in Trapagaran consists of 109 employees, who are calling for improvements in working conditions.

They demand, among other things, wage increases linked to the CPI, the limitation of work on Saturdays and Sundays, reductions in the number of hours worked on weekends and holidays and that they be met, and the right of subrogation of delivery drivers.
