Wels police officers found a clearly severely disabled driver around 8 a.m. on Tuesday while securing the way to school in Wels. When checking the driver and the vehicle, the officers noticed clear signs of drug addiction in the 29-year-old driver, who wanted to take his child to school.
De Welser turned down the request for a clinical examination by a doctor. He was not allowed to drive any further and his driver’s license was temporarily suspended.
