The five suspects who allegedly attacked and threatened a 15-year-old girl with a gun in the Floridsdorf district of Vienna on Tuesday evening are only 11 or 12 years old. With their victim’s jacket – and a charging cable – the group fled. A search succeeded.
At a very late hour, the gang allegedly raided. According to the police, the five young suspects targeted their 15-year-old victim at Franz-Jonas-Platz around 2 a.m. They threatened the youths with a gun and demanded that they hand over valuables.

The group then fled with their loot. The police were able to track down and arrest the five alleged perpetrators during a house search. The suspect’s jacket was pinned, as was a softgun.
“The five minors were reported on suspicion of theft and then turned over to their legal guardians,” said police spokeswoman Barbara Gass.
