First aid delivered – police officers save woman’s life in parking lot

Police officers found an unconscious woman in a parking lot in Eggersdorf near Graz on Monday afternoon. The two officers saved the 35-year-old’s life with first aid measures. She was eventually taken to hospital with minor injuries.

At around 4.30 pm, police officers from the Eggersdorf Police Station near Graz noticed an unconscious person in a parking lot. The skin of the 35-year-old from Graz already showed a bluish discoloration and she too did not seem to be breathing. Then came the great relief: thanks to the first aid measures of the two policewomen, the 35-year-old started breathing again.

Woman can be sick
It was initially unclear why the incident had taken place. The woman turned out to be possibly ill and ended up with the back of her head on the ground. She suffered minor injuries in the fall. The Red Cross took her to the Graz Regional Hospital.
