The Vienna police are under high pressure to investigate an unknown man. He is said to have threatened and raped an 18-year-old woman in Vienna-Liesing on Thursday evening.
He would have first molested the woman on the bus, then followed her and then grabbed, beaten and raped the woman in the Fridtjof-Nansen-Park in Liesing. The young woman immediately filed a police report.
The officials then immediately informed the Vienna State Police. The suspect is said to be in his mid-twenties, about 1.75 meters tall and of foreign origin. The police are asking for information.
Similar case at the Vienna Praterstern
It was not until Tuesday that an 18-year-old was allegedly sexually assaulted in a toilet block in Praterstern, Vienna. The police were able to identify two suspects (both 12). The two boys were said to be “on watch” during the crime.
