Imagine you are on your way to work in morning traffic when suddenly two huge, silver Christmas tree balls roll towards you.
That happened to motorists in London this week. They experienced the shock of life when suddenly truck-sized balls rolled towards them and they had to dodge.
Christmas decorations hung too early?
The balls that motorists feared so much belonged to a Christmas exhibition and had come loose from their holders. British media joked that the baubles apparently decided it was too early for Christmas decorations and wanted to flee.
Drivers tried to avoid
As funny as that sounds, of course it wasn’t for the drivers involved. Startled drivers stopped, stopped or tried to swerve, as can be clearly seen in the video of the incident.
The video also shows one of the balls hitting a street pole and being shredded. Still, she continues her “war path” down the road, which makes for more unpleasant surprises.
