An 18-year-old caused a WEGA operation in Vienna-Brigittenau late Sunday night. The young suspect had previously threatened his mother’s boyfriend with a knife and then chased the man out of the apartment.
The situation escalated just before 11 p.m. on Klosterneuburger Straße. The woman’s 44-year-old partner fled the apartment after the 18-year-old suspect threatened him with a knife.
Moments later, the young suspect did the same: before the director arrived, the 18-year-old also left the apartment in question. However, he returned moments later when officials were just clarifying the facts. The young man has been provisionally arrested, according to the police, an alcohol test showed 0.14 per mille. The suspected perpetrator was taken to prison after questioning.
