James, 62, for whom authorities had offered a reward of up to $50,000 for those who offered information that could help him find it, has been arrested by a patrol in the East Village neighborhood of Lower Manhattandetails CNN.
Hours earlier, police authorities had revealed that, months ago, James had expressed through various YouTube videos his desire to “exterminate” depending on what kind of people, as well as his unhappy with the town’s mayor, Eric Adamsfor not allowing the homeless to spend the night in the underground facilities.
Police have shared an image recording of a video of the YouTube Channel Prophet of Truth 88 (Prophet of Truth 88), in which James addresses all that torments him in long diatribes full of expletives and profanity, and gives free rein to his misanthropy.
The US media has published some videos of him in which James claims to have experienced a strong desire to kill people, although the prospect of ending up in prison has held him back so far.
In another shot, he expressed his disappointment at the newly appointed Supreme Court Justice of the United States Ketanji Brown Jackson for being married to a white man, as well as Mayor Adams for strengthening subway security.
