On Monday around 2:15 p.m., a 54-year-old driver from the Wels-Land district drove her car on the L1186 in the municipality of Aistersheim, coming from Aistersheim in the direction of Hofkirchen. At the same time, a school bus stopped in the opposite direction, where a 14-year-old from the Grieskirchen district got off.
Thrown over the windshield
The 14-year-old crossed the lane behind the school bus and crashed into the driver’s car. The boy was thrown over the windshield of the vehicle and suffered unknown injuries. He was taken to the Grieskirchen Kliniek by rescuers and the emergency doctor present after first aid. The driver was not injured in the accident.
