The crises that, according to the agency, require more investment Afghanistan ($1.65 billion), Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees (1,058 million), Syrian refugees (867 million), the Democratic Republic Congo (862 million) and Ethiopia (674 million).

A total of $10.3 billion is being requested from donors to fund the agency’s humanitarian programs through 2023.
