At around 5 p.m., the parents marched to police with their nine-year-old daughter and reported that the girl had been groped by a man at a store in the mall that afternoon. During the follow-up investigation, video recordings were secured on which the suspect was recognizable.
Father tracked down suspects in underground parking garage
Initially, however, there was no trace of the culprit. Until shortly after 8 p.m.: Then the father suddenly informed the police that he had found the suspect in the underground parking garage of an apartment building in Kufstein.

“The 37-year-old finally got out of the driver’s back seat, then pulled the 39-year-old Austrian out of the vehicle from the other side of the vehicle and suddenly punched him in the face,” the investigators continue.
Alleged perpetrator seriously injured
The officers separated the two men and then took them to the post. It turned out that the 39-year-old was the man who would have sexually abused the girl. He suffered a serious injury to his face as a result of his father’s fist punches.
The alleged perpetrator is reported to the public prosecutor’s office in Innsbruck on suspicion of sexual harassment.
