The former director of Control of Corporate Functions of Iberdrola, José Antonio del Olmo, this Monday assured the judge examining the electricity company’s contracts with CENYT, the business group of José Manuel Villarejo, that the parent company managed the commissioner’s invoices, even if they were linked. on services contracted by its subsidiary Renewables.
Del Olmo appeared as an investigator before the head of the Central Court of Instruction No. 6, Manuel García Castellón, after he offered to testify because, as he has stated, since his indictment he has remembered the bills and gathered more information about Villarejo issued Iberdrola for allegedly wrongful orders that the parent company had made to the commissioner since 2004, for which he was said to have raised more than a million euros.
