A car driver from Klagenfurt didn’t seem to care that the police patrol followed him and asked him to stop. The 39-year-old man accelerated his Golf car, turned onto the southern highway from Klagenfurt Ost in the direction of Villach and ran away from the police.
The man from Klagenfurt left the airport, lost control in a right turn, left the road, crashed through several guardrail fields and came to a stop with the vehicle in the green area behind. When the police arrived, there was no trace of him.
