A bite certificate states: The last customer had left his teeth marks in the corpse of the illegal prostitute who was murdered last year in Ternberg in Upper Austria. The 35-year-old has to answer on suspicion of murder, but everything he has done with the body is also discussed at the trial.
The murder of 23-year-old Romanian call girl Ana Maria D. on September 24, 2022 in Ternberg apparently involved not only excessive violence, but also an extreme degree of perversion. The corpse of the young prostitute was covered in wounds and injuries, according to the forensic report. In the indictment now completed by the Steyr prosecutor’s office, the 35-year-old suitor, in whose apartment the victim was found, is charged with murder and desecration of the dead. “The charge also relates to the crime of disturbing the peace of the dead,” confirms court spokesman Wolf-Dieter Graf.
Choked on your own blood
Ana Maria D. was taken to Ternberg by a compatriot on 24 September, where she entered the suspect’s apartment at 8:22 p.m. There would have been a dispute in the living room about the sex fairy. The 35-year-old allegedly beat and violently strangled the woman until she stopped moving. She was stripped naked, tied with cable ties and strangled with ropes. “But the cause of death was inhalation of blood and vomit,” explains Graf.
Sexual intercourse was probably performed in a wide variety of ways, including with objects. Massive injuries were found in the anal area. There were also severe bite marks throughout the intimate area, on the chest and back. “An expert report has shown that all upper and lower jaws of the suspect match,” the court spokesperson explains.
Driver fire remains unharmed
According to a psychiatric report by Adelheid Kastner, the 35-year-old was apparently sane at the time of the crime. He faces life imprisonment. However, investigations into Ana Maria D.’s driver for human trafficking and pimping have been halted.
