Applicants whose tax residence is in the Basque Autonomous Community or Navarre they must request it from the corresponding institutions:

Guipuzkoa: Despite being state aid, the Gipuzkoan Provincial Council will be responsible for its management in the territory. To process the application, you must complete the corresponding form through Zergabidea, the platform for managing the tax bureaucracy in Gipuzkoa, the same platform used to submit the income statement online. By 10 a.m., more than 120 people had already requested the check.
Navarre: The government of Navarra has already published the web form required to apply for assistance. In concrete terms, the web form with which help can be requested can be found via the following link. Those applying for the aid must have had their habitual residence in Navarre in the year 2022.
