There is currently a lot of uncertainty in Brandenberg in the Tyrolean district of Kufstein. A 65-year-old man from the neighborhood has been missing since Saturday afternoon. A large-scale search for him initially yielded no results, the police are asking for information.
About 80 emergency services from the fire brigade, mountain rescue and police combed the municipal area of Brandenberg on Saturday evening in search of the missing person. The search was eventually suspended at midnight and continued on Sunday morning.
It is feared that something might have happened to the 65-year-old. No one has seen the Brandenberger since Saturday afternoon around 1 p.m. and in the evening family members sounded the alarm and started the search.
Police have released a photo and a description of the person
The police are now also asking for the help of the population and have published a photo of the missing person. The 65-year-old would wear dark sportswear and drive his blue Nissan car. He is about six feet tall, of medium build, and has white hair and a goatee.
