A Mühlviertler boy has been away from home several times. Now the police took him back to his stepmother. His lover – with whom he was in hiding – has already been charged with child abduction.
The age difference between the Mühlviertler couple is not as extreme as in the classic “Harold and Maude” movie, but it is unusual for a 15-year-old to have a romantic relationship with a 24-year-old. The teenager from Mauthausen, who comes from a difficult family background, must have fallen head over heels in love with the nine-year-old and much more mature woman from a nearby community.
Run away from home four times already
Since February, the boy, who also has no job, has been reported missing four times by his stepmother. It usually took several days for him to show up at home. Once, the police found him in the woman’s garage. The result was a criminal complaint for child abduction.
Bursch hid in his girlfriend’s car
Most recently, the teen had been missing since March 25. On Wednesday around 9:30 p.m., police officers in Grein stopped the 24-year-old’s car. She got out when she was checked, but locked her car. Only when the officers asked them to open the car did the 15-year-old, who had been hiding in the footwell, come out. He ran away, but a police officer caught him.
The officer was pushed by the woman, causing him to fall and injure himself. The couple was arrested and the boy was then handed over to his stepmother. The 24-year-old could be proven to have driven under the influence of drugs: Show!
