A kangaroo escaped from a private owner’s enclosure in Alberndorf: “Captain” discovered a hole in the fence and could not resist. The one-and-a-half-year-old animal has been enjoying freedom in the wide Pulkautal of the Weinviertel for a few days now.
“We’re already hot on his heels”
Photos of the one and a half year old wallaby – a special type of kangaroo – are currently being posted on internet forums by naturally surprised residents of Weinviertel. “He has just been spotted again,” said the owner of the “Krone” – not far from his home. “We’re already hot on his heels.”
