The second vice president, Yolanda Díaz, has assured that they will implement some legislative changes in the regulation of occupational risk prevention, with specific measures for mandatory compliance in companies.
The second vice-president of the Spanish government, Yolanda Díaz, has proposed an amendment to the regulations for the prevention of occupational risks that, among other things, prohibit working outside during working days “in case of alarm orange or alarm red” by heat by the Spanish Meteorological Agency (Aemet).
For example, the second vice president came forward this Wednesday during a visit to the Madrid city of Alcorcón, where she explained that these and other changes to the labor code will be submitted to the Council of Ministers, with the aim of addressing the consequences of the high temperatures.
“We are going to make some legislative changes to include it exactly in the labor law specific measures of mandatory compliance of companieswe are going to adapt the weather conditions to the runways,” Díaz insisted in statements to the media.
