The Chairman of CaixaBank Jose Ignacio Goirigolzarric will have to testify as a witness in BBVA’s separate piece of the Villarejo case
This was confirmed on Thursday by the judge of the National Court Joaquin Gadea Likewise, he has ruled out citing BBVA president Carlos Torres Vila.
In a car, Gadea explains that at the request of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Officewill adopt a statement from Goirigolzarri in his capacity as former CEO of BBVA.
