Employers and unions sign a preliminary agreement for the textile trade in Bizkaia

The agreement, which has not been renewed since 2015, assumes a 12% salary update and increases of 4% for 2024, 3.5% for 2025 and 2.5% in 2026.

Bizkaidendak and Cecobi have signed an agreement agreement subject to change with the trade unions ELA, LAB, CCOO and UGT for the textile trade in Bizkaia valid until 2026 and signed on June 21. The agreement, which has not been renewed since 2015, represents a 12% salary increaseand increases of 4% for 2024, 3.5% for 2025 and 2.5% in 2026.

As reported by the employers, the agreement has not been renewed since 2015 and will be signed on June 21, 2023, following an agreement with these unions.

In addition, they reminded that, after more than 45 meetings retained in the Labor Relations Council, both parties have reached a preliminary agreement that will be valid through the year 2026.

With regard to the extraordinary and non-consolidatable salary supplement for those who have been registered with the company since 1 January 2016 and who have not seen their salary increase in the following years, they receive a one-off payment of 1,250 euros.

Companies with more than 150 employees who have internet sales of more than 10% of annual turnover pay a non-consolidatable and one-off bonus of 1,000 euros in 2024, of 1,040 euros in 2025, of 1,075 euros in the year 2026 and 1,100 euros in year 2027. As for the working day, there will be one reduction of a total of 8 hours (4 in 2024 and 4 in 2025).
