Vladimir Putinthe president of Russia, on Friday, acknowledged that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already begun their much-heralded counter-offensive, intended to reclaim territory lost during the warlaunched by Moscow in February 2022.
“We can absolutely say that the Ukrainian counter-offensive has begunand this is evidenced by the use of strategic reserves,” President Putin said from the city of Sochi, in Russia’s far southwest.
