On Friday morning, the evacuation alarm sounded loudly in the City Arkaden. But there was no need to panic as this was the annual evacuation drill to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
“We are prepared for calamities”
“Everyone was asked to leave the house as quickly as possible, which they succeeded very well,” says center manager Ernst Hofbauer. Within minutes, the mall was empty. The fire service and police were also present at the exercise. “Everything went smoothly. So we are prepared for an emergency,” continued the center manager.
